Every workspace you own is deleted with everything in it — entries, receipts and their extracted text, collections, budgets, milestones, teams and invitations — and so is the sign-in itself.
What stays
- Entries you recorded in someone else's workspace stay there, so their records stay complete, and your name stays on them — that is what keeps their record readable. Your photo, your email address and every way to sign in are deleted.
- Receipt images are deleted with everything else. Two kinds can outlive that: files from entries deleted before September 2026, which we lost track of at the time, and — if storage is unreachable at that moment — a few of the rest. Either way what survives is data nothing points at any more.
This happens immediately and there is no undo.
